Tiki's Grill & Bar
A hip, open-air restaurant with a retro South Pacific design and experience, feature a highlighting the flavor of the islands prepared in an open exhibition kitchen. Stepping into Tiki's Grill
& Bar is like stepping back in time, when life was simpler and carefree. Tiki's has the charm and
aura of the old tiki bars from the 1950s and '60s. The interior features palm wood flooring, fish nets
hanging from the ceiling, with rock, plus 50 hand-carved masks, statues and war clubs from different
regions around the Pacific and original framed art flanking the dining room walls. Tiki's offers lanai
seating with beautiful sunsets on Kuhio Beach. A 30-foot, man made volcano is the showpiece in the bar,
where pupu, tropical drinks and refreshing cocktails are served. A section of the dining room can be
partitioned for diners who want to host an 80-seat private party. An open area for large parties is also available.
Tiki's menu celebrates the flavors and ingredients of the islands.
Tempting signature appetizers include Coconut Shrimp, Calamari Katsu and Kalua Pig Quesadillas.
Among the enticing entrees diners may enjoy are Tiki's Shrimp Penne, Tiki's Signature Salmon glazed with special seasonings and caramelized cane sugar and served with a lemon grass beurre
blanc sauce, mashed Molokai sweet potatoes and Asian slaw; Grilled Daily Catch topped with a spicy seafood
salsa and served with chili-scented rice; Braised Beef Short Ribs with hoisin demi-glace and served
with corn mashed potatoes; and a Hawaiian Plate featuring kalua pig, lau lau, lomi salmon, ahi poke,
and coconut haupia. Tiki's also offers a keiki (children) menu with keiki-friendly entrees served on a
frisbee.
The average check per person is $10 at lunch and $23 at dinner. The restaurant appeals to residents and visitors alike and draws the
late-night crowd with live contemporary Hawaiian entertainment.
